Travel planned by people who've been there
We're a team of nine planners and a network of local guides in twelve countries.
Northwind started in 2015 when two friends kept being asked to plan their colleagues' holidays. Today we run around 80 small-group departures a year and design hundreds of private trips — but every itinerary is still checked by someone who has walked it.
We choose locally owned hotels, keep groups small and pay guides fairly. It makes for better trips, and better places to visit.
